POSITION: Receiver

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

Accountabilities:

Accountable for the physical responsibilities for receiving.

Accountable for unloading trucks and loading trucks. 

Accountable for maintaining 100% accurate receiving and notes on inbound purchase orders.

Accountable for working with the Receiving Team to ensure all product are located accurately in the system and in the warehouse.

Accountable for warehouse organization of current and inbound material.

Accountable for identifying material issues or Quality Control Concerns at time of receiving.

Accountable for identifying, reading, understanding, and auditing Material Test Reports.

Accountable for being the first point of contact in the warehouse for customers and vendors. 

Accountable for managing flow and organization of trucks in and out of WCM. 

Accountable for working directly with the Receiving Team to ensure all receiving functions and inventory remain accurate. 

Accountable for other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies

High school diploma or the equivalent required.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS office and overall computer skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Knowledge of general warehouse functioning

Navigating vendor portals

Minimum 1 year experience in data entry preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bending to lift items from the floor and racks required.

Lifting items between 25 and 50 pounds required.

Ability to become forklift certified.

Familiarity with working in warehouse environment.
